Payment Terms

  • All payments must be received before any items are shipped.
  • All orders must be placed on our website.
  • Telephone and purchase orders or net 30 billing is not available at this time.
  • We don't accept cash on delivery (COD) orders.

Credit Card Fraud

Please note that all credit cards are charged at the time of checkout to prevent fraudulent orders. If you paid using a credit card, Paypal, or Google Checkout, you are certifying that you have the cardholder's consent, and all charges are lawful. For your protection, you may be asked to fill out a credit card authorization form if your order is:

  • shipped to a different address
  • over 500 US dollars
  • international order

If you are caught violating this policy, we will forward the transaction to the proper authorities in your region. We will aggressively pursue prosecution to the fullest extent permissible by law. All our operations are logged with an IP address, and we will use all means to have the violators prosecuted.

Shipping Terms

All items are shipped with our network partner, as per customer’s choice. Items are shipped prepaid and added to the invoice. All orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible. Usually, orders are shipped within two business days of receipt of payment. However, there are times due to high order volume, when it may take up to 5 business days to ship. Regardless of order volume, we guarantee that all orders will be shipped from our warehouse no later than 5 business days from the time that the payment is received.

We also accept shipping services from UPS Next Day Air, UPA Second-Day Air, and UPS Third-Day Air. However, please note that those express shipping terms apply to the parcel from the time it is shipped and not from the time that the order is placed. Although we place the highest priority on orders with express shipping services, the same shipping policies apply. UPS does not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays. We require a special fee on Saturday shippings on top of the normal two-day and next day air charges.

Regarding carriers, we make no guarantees as to the time a carrier may take once an item is shipped. We are not responsible for any delays due to a carrier's lack of performance. During the holidays, the period from Thanksgiving to Christmas is an especially slow time to receive shipment. Please be patient if you are waiting on a parcel during this time. Again, a carrier's lack of performance is out of our control.

All packages unless otherwise requested in writing, will be shipped with ‘Signature Required’ to prevent fraud, theft, and damage to packages.

International Customers

UPS Express is available to selected countries such as France, Sweden, Canada, Germany, and most of the United Kingdom. UPS Express has a shipping speed of approximately 2 to 4 business days to these areas. Most countries qualify for UPS Expedited because it is usually the cheapest international option and ships 5 to 7 business days. If neither option produces a shipping cost, then UPS Saver Express is the only option available for your country. UPS Saver Express is between UPS Expedited and UPS Express in terms of price and speed (4-7 business days).

International Orders and Importation Policies

All items sold on this site are available to international clients residing outside of the United States. It is the customer’s responsibility to know the importation restrictions of the country in which they reside. Importation fees and duties may be required to import certain items into your country. The customer must handle the fees required by the customs office. If needed, business licenses or required certifications must be furnished and presented by the importer upon arrival of the package to the customs office. The customer assumes all liability regarding the importation of any item purchased.

Undeliverable Packages

All packages that are termed undeliverable due to insufficient, incomplete, unknown addresses, or not having someone 18 years or older at the shipping address to provide a signature confirmation, are subject to a $30 service charge package.

Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is our top priority at Mega Logistics & Services. As such, we would like you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please contact our customer service department within 30 days of receipt of your purchase. Any item being returned for any other reason other than being defective may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping fees for errored orders will not be refunded. All items must be returned in their original packaging and resalable condition. Return shipping costs will be at the customer's expense. All returns will be inspected before issuing credit.

Before returning any item, please obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. No returns, of any type, will be accepted without an RMA number. Items returned without an RMA number will receive a store credit for merchandise minus 15% restocking fee.

If you paid via credit card, Paypal, or Google Checkout, your account will be credited back for the appropriate amount once the products have been received. If you paid with a check, western union transfer, or money order, please allow 2 to 4 weeks to receive your refund check from the time we receive the returned products. If you wish to waive the 15% restocking fee, you may have your refund in the form of store credit. Restocking fees may also be waived if purchasing another item of equal or greater value. Restocking fees will be refunded once the new order has been processed.

The following items will not be accepted for return unless deemed defective or shipped in error:

  • Outdated
  • Used
  • Unsuitable for re-sale
  • Chemicals or oils that have been opened
  • Products that are shipped outside the United States

DropShip Orders

Benchmark Laboratory Equipment items are drop ship only items. Dropship orders ship within 7 to 10 business days after an order has been placed. All dropships orders ship only to US locations. All equipment returned will have a 15% restocking fee, unless due to manufacturer defect. For expedited shipping, please contact our customer service department for additional fees.

Product Acceptance

Extreme care is guaranteed when packing your orders. All items are checked, rechecked, and packed by experienced personnel. Should discrepancies occur, please contact us immediately so we may resolve the issue. All claims of shortage, incorrect items, or damage must be made within 5 days of receipt of our order. Major damage should be reported immediately and inspected by the carrier. We will lend any assistance in helping to process your claim. For damage caused by UPS delivery, all packing materials should be kept until inspected by a UPS representative. If the customer does not notify Mega Logistics & Services within five days after the receipt of the order, the customer shall be considered to conform to the terms provided herein and shall be irrevocably accepted by the customer.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, you must notify us on the day you placed your order to receive full credit. Orders canceled after 5 pm EST of the order date may receive full credit, if a package has not shipped. If you cancel your order after it has shipped, you will receive a credit minus a 15% restocking fee and any applicable shipping charges.

Changes to Existing Orders

Due to how our orders are processed for shipment, we cannot modify an existing order once it has been submitted. We can only cancel an order if it has not been shipped. If you need to change an existing order, you may call or e-mail our customer service department and cancel your existing order, and then you must re-submit a new order with the changes or additions you wish to make. You must re-submit your order through the online check out process. We cannot process, change, or modify any orders via e-mail or phone. We can only cancel orders. If your order has already shipped, then you must place another order.

Disclaimer or Limit of Liability

Mega Logistics & Services, therefore, expressly disclaims any warranties, whether implied, expressed or statutory, including the warranty of fitness for use and merchantability. The customer is certifying that all products and materials being purchased are being obtained for lawful use only. All of the products must be handled only by qualified and trained individuals. When purchasing these products, the customer acknowledges that there may be hazards associated with their use.
